Dr. Md Mostafizur Rahman is currently serving as a Lecturer in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Automotive Engineering at Coventry University, UK. Recently, he worked as a Postdoc at the Department of Engineering, The University of Cambridge, UK. He has worked in many projects in collaboration with industry partners. A recent example is the PEMs4Nano project, where he worked with Industry partners Bosch, TSI, and Horiba to develop a new portable engine exhaust particulate measurement (PEMs) system. This newly developed system is capable of measuring down to 10 nm engine exhaust particles.
Dr. Rahman also worked as Lecturer/Assistant Prof. at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology. He also has long experience of industrial consultancy in regards to emissions measurement, emissions reduction technology, and material testing. He got his Ph.D. in 2015 form the Discipline of Nanotechnology and Molecular Science, Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, QLD 4001, Australia.
